To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information. For this, the club will need your written consent. By agreeing to your images being used, you agree to assign any copyright or any other right of ownership of these images to the club. You also have the right to withdraw this right at any time by contacting the treasurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information we gather will be used solely by the club for purposes only in connection with the running of the club, which includes communicating by post, telephone, and email. These details will never be disclosed to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, the treasurer is also the \u2018data controller\u2019 and keeps all the personal data in a secured computer file and in a written ledger, which is kept in a secure place at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your data may be provided to committee members (as \u2018data processors\u2019), in the form of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone &amp; Mobile Numbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This data will only be used when needed to facilitate the running of the club and provide the benefits of membership to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to request access to and have the opportunity to update and amend your personal information by contacting the treasurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Anglo-German Club, Pforzheim will keep your personal information for the duration of the membership. All details that the club holds will be destroyed from its systems and records when membership is cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datenschutzbestimmungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personenbezogene Daten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Beginn der Mitgliedschaft werden vom Club folgende Daten erfasst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name, Vorname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adresse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geburtsdatum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Mail Adresse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telefon und Mobil-\/Handynummer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bankdetails f\u00fcr Bezahlung des Club-Beitrages (\u00dcberweisung \/ Abbuchungsverfahren)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medien (Bilder &amp; Videos)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilder und Video Clips werden wir nach einer Genehmigung von den Clubmitgliedern, im Newsletter und auf unsere Website verwendet. Diese Genehmigung kann in unserem neuen Formblatt erteilt werden. Die Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen finden teil-anonym statt, das bedeutet ohne vollen Namen und Adresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datensicherheit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Informationen werden ausschlie\u00dflich zur F\u00fchrung des Clubs verwandt. Die Daten werden in keinem Fall an dritte Personen weitergegeben. Sie werden vom Finanz Verwalter (Treasurer) unter abgesicherten Verschluss gehalten, und zwar elektronisch sowie als Hardcopy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dem Committee (Data Processors) k\u00f6nnen vom Datenverwalter (Data Controller) folgende Daten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adresse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telefon \/ Handynummer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Mail Adresse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedes Clubmitglied hat das Recht seine Daten zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und zu \u00e4ndern, sowie die sofortige Streichung zu verlangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft werden vom Data Controller und den Data Processor`s die Daten vernichtet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Personal Data When you join the Anglo-German Club, certain personal information is collected from you: The club may arrange for photos or videos to be taken of club activities and publish them in our newsletter or on our website.
