Personal Data
When you join the Anglo-German Club, certain personal information is collected from you:
- Full name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Email Address
- Telephone and Mobile numbers
- When you transfer your membership fees, your bank details
The club may arrange for photos or videos to be taken of club activities and publish them in our newsletter or on our website. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information. For this, the club will need your written consent. By agreeing to your images being used, you agree to assign any copyright or any other right of ownership of these images to the club. You also have the right to withdraw this right at any time by contacting the treasurer.
The information we gather will be used solely by the club for purposes only in connection with the running of the club, which includes communicating by post, telephone, and email. These details will never be disclosed to any third party.
Security
We are committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, the treasurer is also the ‘data controller’ and keeps all the personal data in a secured computer file and in a written ledger, which is kept in a secure place at all times.
Your data may be provided to committee members (as ‘data processors’), in the form of:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone & Mobile Numbers
- Email address
This data will only be used when needed to facilitate the running of the club and provide the benefits of membership to you.
You have the right to request access to and have the opportunity to update and amend your personal information by contacting the treasurer.
The Anglo-German Club, Pforzheim will keep your personal information for the duration of the membership. All details that the club holds will be destroyed from its systems and records when membership is cancelled.

Bei Beginn der Mitgliedschaft werden vom Club folgende Daten erfasst:
- Name, Vorname
- Adresse
- Geburtsdatum
- E-Mail Adresse
- Telefon und Mobil-/Handynummer
- Bankdetails für Bezahlung des Club-Beitrages (Überweisung / Abbuchungsverfahren)
Medien (Bilder & Videos)
Bilder und Video Clips werden wir nach einer Genehmigung von den Clubmitgliedern, im Newsletter und auf unsere Website verwendet. Diese Genehmigung kann in unserem neuen Formblatt erteilt werden. Die Veröffentlichungen finden teil-anonym statt, das bedeutet ohne vollen Namen und Adresse.
Datensicherheit
Diese Informationen werden ausschließlich zur Führung des Clubs verwandt. Die Daten werden in keinem Fall an dritte Personen weitergegeben. Sie werden vom Finanz Verwalter (Treasurer) unter abgesicherten Verschluss gehalten, und zwar elektronisch sowie als Hardcopy.
Dem Committee (Data Processors) können vom Datenverwalter (Data Controller) folgende Daten zur Verfügung gestellt werden:
- Name
- Adresse
- Telefon / Handynummer
- E-Mail Adresse
Jedes Clubmitglied hat das Recht seine Daten zu überprüfen und zu ändern, sowie die sofortige Streichung zu verlangen.
Bei Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft werden vom Data Controller und den Data Processor`s die Daten vernichtet.
